Payment Methods
Credit cards: we accept all major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for Visa or MasterCard transactions with the Site. No Guarantee or Refunds
Given the GB4000/MOPA systems is a specialised device we are not obligated to provide any form of Guarantee or refund. Our policy is not to provide a money back guarantee, however, there may be special circumstances whereby the suppliers agree to allow the customer to return the device for a refund. There are very stick and special conditions for this.
1.Returns only approved at the discretion of the distributor.
2.The returnee must email with an explanation, and wait for approval before returning the unwanted product.
3.Products must be returned in new condition, including all original packaging.
4.Products must be returned within 20-days of original dispatch date.
5.PLEASE NOTE there is a mandatory minimum 20% restocking fee.
6.Restocking fee may increase if products are returned with marks, damage, or missing parts.
7. We have the full right of refusal to offer a restocking fee.
8. Any approved refunds will be processed after the product has been returned and inspected and paid at the 20th of the following month.
Order Acceptance Policy

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled the Site shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

The Site holds no liability to any orders that are detained by any countries customs, this may also affect delivery times; the Site holds no responsibility on the order being delivered within a certain timeframe or cost. The Site cannot guarantee the quality of any consumable products delivered due to extended shipping times and weather and hold no liability on replacing/refunded them. The Site will refund the exact amount minus 10% fee of a cancelled order in New Zealand dollars; however, for international orders the currency at the time will dictate how much will be deposited back into your account. We are not specialists in understanding customs, taxation and importation laws of all the various countries in which our customers live.
As such by agreeing to purchase the goods in your basket today, you accept that the Site is responsible for the picking packing and dispatching of your goods to you. If for any reason whatsoever, be it taxes, custom law, duties or any other reasons whatsoever your parcel does not make it to your door and the Site has picked, packed and dispatched the goods you have ordered, whilst we regret the non-delivery, the Site is unable to refund your payment.
